Transcription: Hey Y’all, Travis Steinemann here with BuyHousesBR. Today I’m going to talk about how we buy houses companies work, and specifically how BuyHousesBR works.
So the first step is you’ll go to our website BuyHousesBR.com or give us a call and tell us a little bit about your situation, where your property is, and let us get to know you a little bit. From there we will go over your options, whether that is helping you refinance, whether it is working with your bank to get forbearance if you’re going through foreclosure, or a variety of other options. Or maybe on the other hand selling your house to us directly for a cash offer makes the most sense. If that is the case, then we will go and schedule a walk-through of your property and that is step two.
Once we get to the property, we will walk through it, look at what needs to be renovated and get an idea of the scope of the project.
The third step once we do that if we decide it is a good fit for us and a good fit for you, then we will give you a cash offer within 24 hours. And often we will be able to give you the offer immediately after we walk through the house. We will have a good idea already of what your house is worth so then we just subtract out what we need to do for repairs, and that helps us craft an offer specifically for you.
